Amazing Results for BC Athletes at Junior/Youth World Championships

Three BC athletes went to Finland to participate in the Junior/Youth World Championships as part of the national team. All three athletes posted great results with Julia Ransom finishing with a podium result (2nd place) in the youth women's pursuit event. Congratulations to all three of you.

PRINCE GEORGE, BC – The Prince George community is invited to celebrate the achievements of local biathlete Sarah Beaudry as she heads off to compete at the 2012 Youth Winter Olympics in Innsbruck, Austria from January 13-22, 2012. Beaudry is one of four Biathlon athletes that have been chosen to compete in Innsbruck with a contingent of 54 Team Canada athletes competing in the first ever Youth Winter Olympics.
