Coach Development

There are two streams of biathlon coaching programs:

NCCP COMMUNITY SPORT ( Bronze, Silver Gold Levels ) – For coaches who wish to work with athletes in the Biathlon Bears program ages 8-12 years or to coach a recreational club program.

• Information on the Community Coach Pathway (First Awareness / Learn to Train / Active for Life Stages)

NCCP COMPETITION ( Introduction & Development Levels ) – Intended for coaches of competitive clubs or teams, this pathway will help you prepare effectively for competitive settings, as well as give you advanced technical skiing and shooting skills.
